Payment & Security
Payment is securely done via PayPal payment. The payment is only debited from your card when your order is dispatched.
For each transaction on this website, your card details are encrypted in a secure host environment by PayPal, an online payment gateway.
All prices are quoted in Australian dollars and payment is charged in Australian dollars.
Your credit card details are not stored on Valerie Jaquet servers. Credit card payments are processed by a third party Australian payment gateway company which use computer safeguards such as firewalls and data encryption.
Delivery & Shipping
Valerie Jaquet ships all over the world.
Orders are shipped via Australia Post. We charge a flat rate of AUD$20.00 for all shipments.
If the item ordered is available, it will be received within 7-10 working days of shipping within Australia. Bulky items or deliveries to remote locations may take longer. If the item ordered is out of stock, it might take up to 20 working days. Please note that Valerie Jaquet is not held responsible for delivery times.
International orders can take up to a week to be processed and dispatched. Deliveries to international locations usually take 10-14 business days after processing.
Please note that you may be liable for import duties and taxes and/or other taxes on your order and you are responsible for payment of these when the order enters your country.
Risk of loss and title for merchandise delivered internationally will pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Deliveries are sent during normal business hours between Monday and Friday. Purchases made on Saturday and Sunday and public holidays will generally be processed on the next business day.
Return & Exchange
All items are thoroughly checked before sending and are packaged with care.
Exchanges or returns will only be processed within the required 7-day period from date of delivery. No exchange on sale items. Items not received within the 7-day period will not be accepted.
You must indicate your intention to exchange/return any garment within 24 hours of delivery of your order via email at info@valeriejaquet.com. Claim must be received within 24 hours of delivery or is not recognised.
Exchanges or returns must be received within a 7-day period from date of delivery within Australia and within 14 days of receipt of delivery for purchases made outside Australia. No exchange on sale items. Items not received within the required 7-day period for Australian orders and within 14 days period outside Australia will not be accepted.
Items to be returned from outside Australia should be sent no slower than registered Air Mail and must be endorsed 'return of goods'.
Items must be in original condition and all tags must remain in place. Items must not have been worn, altered, damaged or washed otherwise they will not be accepted and marked return to sender.

Once the items have been received they will undergo an inspection and once cleared, you will either receive your new items (for exchanges), or refund on the cost at purchase (excluding original shipping cost). You will receive email notification of this.
In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is faulty or damaged please contact us within the 24 hours of receipt at info@valeriejaquet.com and we will organize a replacement for you. If a replacement is unavailable you may choose another suitable item. If an item is faulty and there is no suitable replacement you may be refunded.
For both returns and refunds the cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. We do not refund initial postage charges for goods returned (other than for faulty items). Your own return postage costs are not refundable.
Privacy
Valerie Jaquet understands that your privacy is important and ensures that information provided by you is collected and held in accordance with relevant Australian privacy law.
We collect customer information in an effort to communicate with you about our products, services, contests and promotions.
Personal information including your name, address, telephone number and email address will not be released, sold or rented to any third parties outside of Valerie Jaquet.
Your personal information will only be shared with Third Parties to enable your order you have requested of Valerie Jaquet to be processed.
Valerie Jaquet does not collect or record any credit card details you may provide when purchasing products from the valeriejaquet.com website.
Your credit card details are processed by Paypal, which is linked to our banks merchant account.
If at any time you do not wish to receive promotional information from us, please let us know by replying with “remove” in the email subject.
