Acceptance of Order

Your contract with Valerie Jaquet will only come into existence when Valerie Jaquet advises you by email that it has accepted your order and confirmed receipt of your payment. We will acknowledge your order as soon as practicable provided the product is in stock.
If any of the items you order are out of stock or not available, or there is an anticipated delay with your order, we will contact you as soon as possible via e-mail. If we do not receive a response from you within 48 hours the remainder of your order will be processed and dispatched. We will not substitute any product without your express authority.
